Gangnam style spell

 There's a guy Ilzeli, he has gangnam style move! 

He wont say how he does it,he just said friend me :O 

Well it's probably a spell because it has a spotlight but we really are not sure, he did it about ten times o.0 He's on level 13 made his account 9 months ago. His gangnam style is not the same as the animators', theirs doesn't have a spotlight. It's strange....
